Started as a school project, rebuilt with a drill-down explorer, quarterly trend charts, and a fully searchable awards dataset — built so government data reads like something a person can actually use.

A drag-and-drop PDF scanning tool for IT and Finance after spotting inconsistent billing practices. Uses OpenCV to read color-to-white ratios in uploaded documents and auto-assign billing tiers. Deployed internally, recreated here to try.
